I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Dr. Toma's office. During my second visit, I was informed upon arrival that my appointment was not recorded, despite my not having canceled. The appointment time provided by the secretary over the phone was apparently not documented. The staff offered neither an apology nor an attempt to reschedule. Dr. Robertson has provided life changing care for my children. So glad to have her as our pediatrician!
Dr. Toma is caring, informative and patient. She listens and provides excellent feedback on your child’s health. At each visit I felt she treated our baby and our family’s health as her priority.
It's been a pleasure dealing with Dr. Stock, Dr. Henderson and Dr. Toma in regards to our newborn baby girl. They're very personable, professional and we feel our daughter is in good hands!
Dr Robertson has a great bedside manner and is the best pediatrician we’ve ever seen. Warm but also solution focused and a very busy lady because she is so in demand. Highly recommend.
