My daughter received speech, ot and aba services with north shore therapy at bucktown for 2 years! . And they have helped her tremendously! Stephanie was the best BCBA from the beginning. She would hear us out and helped when our daughter would bump into challenging behaviors at home or school. She helped with potty training and all her therapist were involved as much as we needed them to be. Their behavior techs are always so nice and my daughter enjoyed her one on ones with them.! I would highly recommend NSPT !

My husband's 15 year old daughter was treated here for a neuropsychological evaluation. At the Des Plaines Location. Him and his daughter's mother share custody and medical decision making. The experience with North Shore Pediatric Therapy with Parents that do not live in the same home was below average. There were several challenges around including both parents in communications and the process. My Husband had to constantly chase down information that was not shared with him, even though he supplied all his contact informa... read more

If i could give them 0 starts I would. After scheduling an appointment for our 4 year old, our therapist never showed up for our first virtual telehealth intake appointment. We were then scheduled to have a regular in person weekly appointment starting two weeks later. An hour before our appointment I received a call that our therapist needed to cancel because of a personal issue. When I ... read more

I typically do not write bad reviews, however as a parent of a child with autism I highly recommend looking elsewhere for ABA therapy. My son started here in January 2019 when he was 2.5 through March 2020. There was an incident and what they put my family through is inexcusable. They are unprofessional and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I have a Masters degree in Special Education and years of experience working with kids with varying disabilities. I still cannot believe the experience we had. I highly recom... read more

My son started PT at 5 weeks old for torticolis . He has been followed by the same therapist the whole time and we couldn't be happier with the professionalism of the entire staff at NSPT, but especially his therapist Stephanie. She has been very thorough and supportive. We've had most sessions virtually because of Covid and it went very well. Stephanie was able to notice everything through a zoom call and I could see improvement week after week. My son also had to start helmet therapy and she has been ery supportive and ext... read more
