I made an account just to write a review on how terrible this place is.I would give it negative stars if I could. Do not waste your time or money going through this place. Didn’t receive a bill at all until it wasn’t already IN collections. The person I talked to was completely useless and when I asked why I’m not hearing about this until it’s in collections she said “that I can’t answer” this place is corrupt and needs to be shut down! This affected my credit score while I had no idea the bill even EXISTED. NEVER going back... read more
I believe they lie when they say they send you a bill. All the avenues to obtain a copy of the bill leads to dead ends. When you call they say, oh your bill is in collections, but I can take a payment over the phone. This must be the latest insurance scam strategy.
