I made an account just to write a review on how terrible this place is.I would give it negative stars if I could. Do not waste your time or money going through this place. Didn’t receive a bill at all until it wasn’t already IN collections. The person I talked to was completely useless and when I asked why I’m not hearing about this until it’s in collections she said “that I can’t answer” this place is corrupt and needs to be shut down! I believe they lie when they say they send you a bill. All the avenues to obtain a copy of the bill leads to dead ends. When you call they say, oh your bill is in collections, but I can take a payment over the phone. This must be the latest insurance scam strategy.
They do not send bills. It looks like instead of sending out bills they just wait 3-6 months and then send it to collections. What a bad business practice. I will be complaining to my provider about them.
Horrible. I’ve never received a bill from this company until it was in collections. For $49. Believe that? I called and called around and turned out when my service was done the next month they switched billing providers. I’ve tried calling someone at this place but they just say they don’t work with billing. The new billing company has no info about my bill. Messed up practice.
I'm sure they did a fine job on the procedure they did, but they sure don't hesitate to send your bill to collections if it's not paid immediately. One invoice (which got lost in a pile of mail -- my fault, I know) and the next thing I know I get a letter from a collection agency.
