Very rude!
There is no contact by email link that I could find for North Shore Pathologists. They never applied my Financial Aid Assistance Letter to my billing , and I haven't found a link by email to send it to them as an attachment. Poor contact accessibility.....
Great group to work for!
The phone number doesn't work. Furthermore, their billing department doesn't answer the number that is provided on the form. And beyond that, they denied my son's claim of being in the network even though he has been a patient at St. M./Col. since the day he was born. Um... someone has to get their act together over there.
