The lady in front receptionist never picks up phone. I tried calling many different times of the day and they never pick up. I had to drive half an hour over to talk to them. No portal, so test results aren't shared between northwell branches. Northwell is broken.

Was very surprised how quick my appointment went today. Rocco is very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend getting mri done here through him. Had me in and out of the office as soon as possible! Only issue with this place is that the front desk had me fill out paperwork that was not needed. Make sure you always check paperwork before signing and giving back. Front desk was nice about it however when I told her, I did not want to sign those papers. She told me it’s billing that requests it!
