Half hour late without any explanation from receptionist even though I was the only person in office. Tests done in silence. No explanation of process. I felt uncomfortable throughout. Learned nothing about a six month old problem.

What a horrible experience!! If you’re reading this, I honestly recommend cancelling your appointment RIGHT NOW and finding a doctor who truly cares about their patients and takes proper steps to investigate their condition. After waiting almost 6 months to see a specialist, I was referred to Dr. McDowell. We discussed my symptoms and the reason I was hospitalized. It was a useless visit with Dr. McDowell. He was 30min late to the appointment and did not seem to care to know about my symptoms. He did some simple test (electrical shock) and said there is nothing wrong.
