I have hard time taking any grown man who calls himself Timothy seriously . That’s why I refer to as Timothy McVeigh. Creepy and ill informed. Didn’t even bother to check my chart or previous heath History and was over 15 minutes late to the appointment. The young receptionist was equally as incompetent. She had a 10 minute phone conversion with her bank while I stood there waiting to check in. I know all your banking info including passwords. Horrible! I called in different time and they say sorry we can't download your doctor referral!!! I called in different days ! You know what? It's so funny! I have a lot of pain and my referral is urgent and they can't download my letter!!!!!!!!!!
Half hour late without any explanation from receptionist even though I was the only person in office. Tests done in silence. No explanation of process. I felt uncomfortable throughout. Learned nothing about a six month old problem.
What a horrible experience!! If you’re reading this, I honestly recommend cancelling your appointment RIGHT NOW and finding a doctor who truly cares about their patients and takes proper steps to investigate their condition. After waiting almost 6 months to see a specialist, I was referred to Dr. McDowell. We discussed my symptoms and the reason I was hospitalized.
