It was a useless visit with Dr. McDowell. He was 30min late to the appointment and did not seem to care to know about my symptoms. He did some simple test (electrical shock) and said there is nothing wrong.

I was referred to Dr. Timothy McDowell for an assessment. I explained my symptoms, which matched what I later learned was thoracic outlet syndrome. Unfortunately, I did not feel that he considered or tested me for this condition at the time. Since then, four other specialists have confirmed I do have thoracic outlet syndrome. Based on my experience, I left the appointment feeling unheard and dismissed.

An excellent appointment to see Dr McDowell today. The appointment ran slightly late, but that seems to be normal for Dr's these days. The Dr ran multiple test including various electrical tests. While some were a bit more unexpected than others, one caused my entire leg to jump and that was a surprise. He kept me well informed and at the end gave me an excellent, easy to understand summary of what he found.

Dr Timothy McDowell was kind and professional to deal with. Unrushed, answered my questions, heard, & reassured. The front desk person was friendly and warm. All-round thumbs up!
