Steve Bond was great through the whole process,! Professional and communicated everything clearly.
I would recommend North Shore to anyone. Steve Bond is very knowledgeable and professional. He worked with us for months until we could qualify for a mortgage. The major banks wouldn't call us back or give us any advice. My wife and I appreciate all the help Steve and his staff gave us in getting into our new home.

Steve did a great job on my refi. He walked me through the process with an excellent level of professionalism, and solid communication. Having the app on my phone was a great addition as well, and helped me keep track of where we were in the process, what documents were required, and what upcoming steps were to be expected.
