North Shore mini storage was unbelievably kind and flexible as I navigated closing out my Dad’s unit after he passed away. I live out of state, so it was difficult for me to get to the unit, and Toonzie worked with me so I could avoid accruing fees for non-payment. Highly recommend!
North Shore Mini Storage in Essex is fantastic! Their manager, Toonzie, was delightful to work with from start to finish. Their prices are reasonable, the online system is easy to use, and you can always reach them with any questions or concerns. The units are clean and well-kept. I would absolutely use them again in the future!

This is a great storage operation at a very good price. The unit was sparkling clean - and dry - very important. The facility is well run, secure, yet with easy access to the storage units. And It was never crowded, which I appreciate, as the property has many different storage buildings set off a meadering drivethrough.
