Terrible service.
Our little townhome community used to be affordable and the property was beautiful. Everything has gone way down hill since we hired this company to "manage" or community. The grounds look like crap. The lawn crew do not do their job in entirety. Lots of unaffordable assessments. One of which was a paving project. It looks like a 5 year old came in and repaved. The lines of paint are so uneven it looks like they were drunk when painting the parking spots. Stay away from this management company. They don't care. They just wan... read more
Excellent service
Called their office with questions and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I called on a Tuesday and she said she was going on vacation Saturday and wouldn't be dealing with any questions until she got back. Extremely unprofessional to say the least.
