The new tower building is nice, looks like a hotel room, minus the hospital bed. The staff and meal situation are still the same, par for the course.

Excellent service, people are professional. My doctor was excellent. Waiting time was reasonable.
Horrible. My daughter was in emergency room. Sent home with a referral to an orthopedist. The orthopedist , had no interest because she did not want surgery. I called 5 times to get a script for the severe pain and never got a call back. So much for the GREAT system. Dr Galos at the orthopedic group didnt care She was in pain!! All they cared about was The surgery. No surgery not interested. Im so disgusted. This health care system is for the moon. Get yourself an advocate.
