A friend who is having complications with her pregnancy, went to the ER and was denied access due to her not having insurance. I wasn’t aware that hospitals can refuse care from PREGNANT women. Not cool.

I want to thank you all for saving my life from covid 19. My 24 day 23 night excursion was rough and painful but the fantastic nurses, doctors, and staff were a huge part of my success. I continue to recover day by day at home with the help of my family and friends, but could not be there if it were not for Long Island Jewish Medical Center. I was born here - almost 50 years ago
I had both my sons there. on April 8th I gave birth to my 3rd child, my son Azhaï it was one of the best days of my life. I really love the staff there, they really went all out and made my experience a calm, and wonderful birth. they treated me with love, and I really appreciate them.
Worked here for 38 years and still going I have had my family treated there and feel the medical staff and nurses are the best
Medical staff is absolutely fabulous, friendly and work tirelessly. Bravo guys and gals!
