2 1/2 year waitlist! How is that normal?
Wait time is 2 and a half years!!! What a joke of a place.
My son has been a patient for 3 years. It was a year out, but so worth it. The doctor was able to diagnose my son is 3 minutes. I am so grateful the doctor was able to give me resources to assist my son.
I walked out with a whole bunch of papers and I felt like the appointment was very rushed and it took me eight months to see a doctor for my son. This office is ridiculous. I will never ever go back there again.
The staff is very professional. Yes, there is a wait to get your child seen but that is because they are one group with so many children to treat. The drs listen to every bit of your concern, you never feel rushed. Snacks and juice were offered to the children who were waiting to be seen. It is worth the wait. There are VERY few developmental pediatricians in NY. They made my child feel like a child and not just another number or more money in their paychecks.
