I had such an amazing experience here. The jeweler did an incredible job soldering my necklaces back together they look absolutely perfect, like new. The staff was so kind, patient, and professional, and you can truly tell they take pride in their work. I’m beyond happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Marina and her team are truly the BEST! She is well known in the area for her upstanding reputation and honesty. I have been going here for years and always leave happy. They do repairs quick, A+ communication, and have significantly lower pricing for jewelry than anyone around. Recently, I brought my Mother's gold, Madonna medallion in to North Shore Jewelers for a repair.( I had come from another local jewelers who told me it was not gold and it could be fixed with acrylic substance that nail technicians use.) I LEFT that jewelers and went straight to North Shore Jewelers. Immediately I was assured it was real gold and that it had several open areas in the back.
