I strongly recommend North Shore Jewelers in Mequon, Wisconsin for all jewelry maintenance needs. I recently brought in my wedding band and diamond ring to be resized. They have an onsite jeweler who was able to size my rings by cutting the rings then and there and sizing my rings by actually trying them on my finger!!! Before the sizing, it was brought to my attention that there were some gaps between the channel set diamonds that needed to be filled with gold prior to the resizing. Marina was absolutely incredible. I worked with Marina to design an engagement ring, which came out beautifully. Marina helped guide me though the process with expertise and kindness. From fixing multiple necklaces, to designing a ring that my fiancée loved, we will definitely be back.
I had such a wonderful experience with this jewelry store! I had broken prongs on my main diamond of my engagement ring, and missing prongs on the baguettes on my wedding band. They fixed all the prongs and replated the white gold on the ring. It looks absolutely gorgeous! I had a wonderful experience here having my engagement and wedding rings resized and restored to brand new. The staff was very polite and easy to work with - very quick turnaround and the rings turned out exactly as I had hoped.
I had such an amazing experience here. The jeweler did an incredible job soldering my necklaces back together they look absolutely perfect, like new. The staff was so kind, patient, and professional, and you can truly tell they take pride in their work. I’m beyond happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
