I know we all have medical insurance or we wouldn't even get a foot inside the door, but charging $350.00 for a 25 minute visit is a bit too much. I'm looking for a new doctor too.
I love all the nurse practitioners and of course Dr. Naseer. How’re most of the support staff is terrible. I was seen last Wednesday for severe neck pain. Was given a script for some meds. Called first thing Thursday morning (when they finally turned off answering service about 20 minutes late) and left message for a nurse that I was no better and needed to know what to do next. The actual nurses and doctors here are amazing. However, their receptionist that welcomes the patients needs an attitude check. She's made me feel extremely bad about myself for running late when I was coming from an extremely emotional and important meeting. Then she stated my treatment would be shortened due to tardiness when I've had several health conditions pop up in the last year that required care. Also, the staff needs to fix the voicemail. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Naseer. During a recent illness, she treated my concerns seriously, although it turned out to be a relatively minor issue. What a charming, cheerful, knowledgable doctor! Thank you.
