Bob, the owner, was very responsive in coming to our home to assess our needs for additional insulation. This was our second time using him and we have been very happy both times. This time, in particular, he went above and beyond to seal off gaps or leaks in our attic ducting prior to adding the additional insulation. He does a very nice job and is extremely neat, leaving no mess. In our opinion, he isn’t just here to throw more insulation in your attic. Huge shoutout to North Shore Insulation out of sycamore. Bob the owner was a Pros pro from the get go. Communication was top notch. Never felt like I was being sold a service I didn’t need. We moved in a year ago and know we needed to do something as we had almost no insulation in our attic. I talked about doing it myself vs hiring someone.
