First off I did not use the services this business offers, as I indicated when I submitted this review. This guy is rude and has no sense of customer service. If you don't like overly assertive impatient people, you'll want to stay clear of this man.
I needed several repairs done around the house before putting it up for sale. Ron and his team did a great job with the punch list. All of the items were completed promptly and within the estimated budget. I highly recommend North Shore Home Works -- they are professional and do high quality work at a reasonable price!
Ron Graham came out to quote on a project at my home. I asked him to put the quote in writing - email it to me or drop it in my mailbox - but that didn't happen. Instead he called to talk about the job over the phone. I decided to hire him for a very small job to test him out, so to speak. It was to put a reinforcement bracket on my downspout, for which he quoted $75. This was somewhere in the middle of two other quotes I got - one for $100 another for $50.
