Everytime I come for an appointment, I check in and STILL have to wait 1-2 hrs to be seen. Today specifically, I originally had a telehealth appointment at 8:30am because I only need refills on my asthma medication. They called me to confirm a few mins before the appointment and said the doctor should call me shortly. I waited and hr before calling back, they said he's behind and there's 3 patients in front of me. Waited 3 more hrs, still never called. Everyone in urgent care went to lunch on the same time and have to wait until 130 and we got here at 1240
