Care here went from sub par to excellent Food has improved dramatically and facility is kept clean Overall a vast improvement over a year ago
Mom spent a month here after breaking her hip. With her severe cognitive impairment and recovering from anesthesia mom needed two people to help her get out of bed (she weighs 100 lbs). Today she is able to walk down a long corridor using as walker and is moving back to her memory care facility. She has a nice private room here and received therapy twice a day five days per week. Northshore is an excellent place for your family members to live. They work really hard to take care of their residents and have lots of activities planned for the people who live there and make sure all residents get to activities if they want to. The food is pretty darn good, too. From the director of nursing, medical director, nursing staff, CNA's to housekeeping, cooks, they have all been wonderful.
