This is the best place to ever work. This family oriented facility has forever stole my heart and all of my families. This is our home away from home. Hard to stay away on days off.
North Shore is one of the most unprofessional environments I’ve ever experienced. The workplace culture is toxic, and many of the staff members are disrespectful, dishonest, and downright rude. Gossip is constant, and trust is nonexistent — people will smile in your face and lie behind your back. If you're Black, be especially cautious. My mother used to be a resident there, after switching nursing homes I was nervous to send her anywhere, however I’m extremely happy with the way she was being treated there, especially in the actives department. She was more outgoing than ever before and I had visibly seen a change in her behavior and personality. The women in that department have no idea how much they have changed my mother’s experience.
