Called at least 10x for an appt, and wad told my referral had been denied because there wasn't sufficient evidence for an appointment, despite a relative's baby dying from a heritable genetic disorder. I tried to get testing before falling pregnant and am now going through the stress of potentially having a child with a genetic disorder because I was constantly told to call back to try to get a booking, but each time was brushed off. Absolutely disgusting.
