Was super condescending when i told him just 1/2 of the Trulance he prescribed makes me have diarrhea 4-9 times in a day, and he somehow interpreted that by telling me i need to quadruple the dose. I feel like i would have to go get a fluid IV at the ER if it’s already so strong at the dose i take. I also mentioned that i take activated charcoal capsules to stop the extreme diarrhea and he was just like, “who told you could take that?!” Like he got truly upset for some reason? I have seen Dr. Tully many times over the years for colonoscopies and other reasons. He always shows concern and listens to me respectfully. I have total trust in him. Why the negative reviews? Some people have negative attitudes and are never satisfied but then again, we are all entitled to our opinions.
In April I was in the ER 3x and they scheduled me with Dr. Tully. While I wasnt fond of a male practitioner especially one 30 minutes away and I hadnt even read any of his reviews yet I was desperate for help. I've been experiencing awful repeated episodes of severe vommitting and other terrible symptoms. I was completely drained when I saw Dr. Tully and had no patience for doctors feeding me more bs that it was just a superbug but Dr. Tully took my concerns and addressed them appropriately and thoroughly.
