From the moment I arrived I was greeted by nurse jen who took me back and prepared me for my procedure, Nurse Jen was very professional and made me very comfortable. The procedure went very well thanks to Dr Naem and his staff thank you.
My orthopedic surgeon referred me to this place for a colonoscopy and the staff was fantastic. I can’t say enough great things about how you see they made this. Look now further this is the place to go.
I was there Today for the first time for an upper and lower procedure. I’m very pleased how Jen made me comfortable and was very nice to help ease the tension. The hole staff was very nice and professional to the book. Doctor Jhawar explained everything before the procedure and after the procedure explaining how it turned out. I recommend them to anybody friends and family as well. Thank you guys for a great job !!!!
The Doctor and nurses here are fantastic. No doubt some of the best in the business. My complaint must be aired here because there is no other way to contact anyone it concerns. The one way Satisfaction Survey is invasive and seemingly discriminating. They need a PC inspection. I answered 25 questions and I was only at 38% complete. Ridiculous. There is no way to contact these people either. Maybe they figure that he has already been into and through you ...that you may as well spill the rest of the beans LOL!! Unbelievable.
My problem with this health care provider is on two occasions I have been forced to wait for over an hour past my report time to the office (they set up for me ) to actually be taken in for the procedure. The first time understandable because bad weather conditions slowed everybody . Yesterday no excuse for having to wait from 10:45( my report time was 10:50) appt time 11:20.
