We have been under the care of Dr Branley initially, then Dr Leaney as our regular doctor, and most recently Dr Do for an emergency appointment. We highly recommend the care and service provided here. The doctors are not only extremely caring and highly professional, but also have excellent bedside manner. Made me wait 45 min. I left.
My experience was very disappointing because the specialist DR OOi saw me for 10 minutes and he didn’t even bother to check my eyes he took some pictures with his phone and they charged my $295 this is very unprofessional and poor customer service and the receptionist was very unfriendly. I don’t mind to pay the money for good service and doctors, so unfair the money they charge for 10 min .
