Made me wait 45 min. I left.
My experience was very disappointing because the specialist DR OOi saw me for 10 minutes and he didn’t even bother to check my eyes he took some pictures with his phone and they charged my $295 this is very unprofessional and poor customer service and the receptionist was very unfriendly. I don’t mind to pay the money for good service and doctors, so unfair the money they charge for 10 min .
Had YAG on one eye to treat capsular opacification (cloudy vision), having previously had the other eye treated successfully elsewhere with one appointment. After the YAG some cloudiness remained the Eye Centre's response was for me to pay and have futher treatment.
