I want to send compliments to Mike, my technician yesterday. He was knowledgeable, experienced and professional. I appreciated especially that he was able to get the fan installed despite it being a ceiling hugger. The cost was affordable and other companies told me it was not possible to install my fan with a concrete ceiling, but Mike did an excellent job and saw a solution right away for the job. I can't say enough about these guys. Rewired and installed brand new hydronic electric baseboard heaters with smart thermostats throughout the entire condo. Every time I have them out, they fix my issue and a couple more from the previous owner. Pricing is more than reasonable. I highly recommend them for any electrical work!!! A++++
We hired North Shore Electric to design and install a gutter and downspout de-icing system. Despite the system being powered on, the downspouts freeze solid, water backs up, and ice pools at the base—creating a serious safety hazard. We raised this issue last winter and again this year, and each time our concerns were dismissed, with blame placed on us despite the system being turned on well in advance of freezing conditions. I had a very large job involving a lot of electrical components which basically consisted of all new service from the utility pole to my house and dropping the overhead components underground (new lines, new meter, new conduit, new electrical panels).
