First time patient Dr Jodi answered all my questions and taking care of my concern
Dr Zuckerman is the worst provider I ve ever seen in my life, she has 0 emotions just like a rock, she never cares about the patient. If you go there I only recommend Dr Taitz
They will not tell you the price for the actual visit. I asked for a general guideline to see how much the scoping will be. They said that they cannot provide the price for the procedure for scoping. It does not make any sense. I’ve been to ENT my whole life and just for my son to be have a check up I cannot know what the price will be out-of-pocket for a simple scoping. It’s really crazy. I had to cancel the appointment. Wouldn’t reccomend as transparency seems to be the big issue here.
Over charged and didn’t love the experience with the doctor. 👎
Their office staff is nasty. Throw you on hold for long periods of time. Then tell you they don't accept medicaid patients when they do because I have sent some there before. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.
