I neede service for my mom the lady came to the house, she was so rushed and forceful like we owe her to sign the contract , don’t recommend they are after numbers not taking care of people

After 5 days at home from Knee Replacement Surgery (April 6, 2026), the Home Healthcare Nurse yelling at me two days in a row, my husband and I were at our wits end. We decided to hire a caregiver to help me and provide some downtime for my husband. We interviewed two companies, both well qualified, and we decided on North Shore Compassionate Care. With the exception of one of my mom's caregivers, I am very disappointed. No help even showing. On top of that I am paying $40 per hour, when they are generally paid $17. So sad. I thought Amada was really good. Possibly not all locations are the same.

I want to thank Sue, Serah, Timi, Bunmi and Tambari for the patience and kindness that went into their caregiving during a very transitional time for our family. Sue was an amazing person to communicate with as the leader.
