We have actually been astounded by not only the expertise but the truly caring manner of all of our NSCC caregivers. We had never previously had need for caregivers and had heard disappointing and sometimes scary stories from friends who had used other companies . We had the most positive experience with North Shore Compassionate Care!! Michael, the owner, was wonderful to work with. Chako, one of the supervisors there, was instrumental in helping us get the right caregivers for our mom. Betty, Vivian and Millie were the most caring, attentive and loving staff we could have asked for. There was not one moment of angst or worry for the almost four months!
