We had the most positive experience with North Shore Compassionate Care!! Michael, the owner, was wonderful to work with. Chako, one of the supervisors there, was instrumental in helping us get the right caregivers for our mom. Betty, Vivian and Millie were the most caring, attentive and loving staff we could have asked for. There was not one moment of angst or worry for the almost four months! Amada has done a fantastic job caring for my mother and stepfather at an independent living facility. Not only did they pair us up with a fantastic caregiver, they assisted us through the entire process, including working with my parent’s long-term insurance Company to ensure the claim was accurately and quickly processed. Very fortunate to have Amada on our team to help our parents.

i have been working with North Shore Compassion Care for about 4/5 months and i absolutely love it. they way the care about the clients and they make their staff feel appreciated almost everyday! they are also very understanding and very flexible, so far one of the best jobs i have had. Rosario Jones is always making sure that i feel appreciated and heard. she also always has my back! so greatful to be working with this amazing company!!!

We have been using Northshore Compassionate Care for my mom for the past 9 months. Each caregiver has been like a member of our family. I’ve appreciated the consistency, responsiveness and flexibility of the agency. They have really worked with me to find caregivers that can meet my mom’s needs. It’s really helped me manage this need!
