I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from North Shore Certified. Samantha was extremely courteous and helpful. She made the entire process quick, painless, and about as easy as purchasing a vehicle can be!
My experience with Northshore Certified has been great! The salesman are friendly, helpful and they were patient. They provide excellent service and they inform you very well.
They lower the price online and tell you when you get there that the prices reflect a down payment, yet it doesn't say that anywhere on the website. I went up the street and bought a car in selden. I'd suggest anyone else does the same.
This store is closing. DO NOT buy a car here, as they won’t be there long enough to guarantee it. Why buy a car from a place that will face no backlash for the lemon they sell you? Unorganized and unprofessional staff. Missing paperwork and titles. 2 owners, 3 managers, and countless salesmen over the last year. There are plenty of dealers on Long Island. I’d recommend anyone but them.
Xavier is a phenomenal person and salesman. He kept in touch and went the extra mile when I asked for a couple requests. He really understands how to provide amazing service. Him, Franco and the whole team really helped me out! Thank you guys all SO much!!! Come here for a car if you need one!
