I have received multiple referrals to here for various services for my kids over the years, and my family has used their services too. It’s all private pay, and their clinicians charge more per hour than any others I know of in the area. Front desk staff have been notably hostile and unprofessional. I have had a very good experience with Dr. Palmer here. She interviews my children and parents separately and then together if necessary, which helps keep her observations free of influence. She has helped my son greatly with his autism, which has kept him more in the community (school , in his case) this year than in the last 2 years, which is HUGE. This is not a place I would ever go to for services again. Functions unlike any other healthcare provider I have ever experienced and not in a positive way. Seems as though churning through clients and money is the main objective. I will say the reception staff is very nice so that is a plus.
