The people at this company are very friendly and helpful. I had three coolers filled with pizzas I was taking back to AR. Not realizing that I couldnt buy dry ice anywhere in town, which I found out at 7pm on a Saturday night, I called North Shore Caterers and left a message explaining my problem. Someone happened into the office on Sunday morning and graciously returned my call for help. Gave me excellent directions on how to find them, which were very easy to follow.
