Booked in for a stress test. They booked me in for the wrong test. Spent an hour getting there. Couldn’t fit me in that day despite it being their mistake which they admitted. No apology. No empathy. Staff need better training. Asked for doctor (Figtree) to call me to discuss and they didn’t even bother to call me to discuss. Three days later and still nothing. Do they care about their patients.
