I am wondering if the crew that worked on my bathroom were even from North Shore Bathrooms or if they just somehow are using the North shore Bathrooms contact information. The plumbing was not installed to the needs of the plumbing fixtures, and the tiler tiled right over where some of the plumbing fixtures would be. The coordinator (Mo, Mirsad, Mike) I think felt bad about what was going on, but he did not fix it or supervise it when it was happening. He did say that it was hard to keep good staff. But! There was an error made in the sequencing of the work in that the tiling was done by the tiler before the plumbing for the bathtub was complete. No bathtub faucet and no by pass plumbing for the hand held shower. Work started in October, with long gaps in on site. Problems discovered in December, after which the crew boss just stopped returning calls or texts. Not good! We just had our dining room floor done today by North Shore Bathrooms and we are very happy. The floor looks great! They were very easy to communicate with and answered all my questions very thoroughly. They were very responsive in email communication as well. I would use these flooring contractors North Vancouver again if we decided to do any more floors in our home.
