Bank of Beverly whi h was bought by Northshore bank ..the northshore bank is always helpful and polite. Any other branch I goto the people are rude. Talk to me like why am I bothering them. I had a business account for 15+ years. I am done. Closing my accounts now. All 3 of them. I thought it was a one off. But every time I goto a branch outside of Beverly I'm treated rudely. I had enough.
My experience at this store was great! The new personal banker was warm and inviting. I'm looking forward to going back because she was so helpful I did not experience any pressure, no sales pitches and her name was Meghan. Thanks Meghan!
