The worst experience with any business that I have ever encountered. I made an appointment 2 days before, and drove 50 miles. There was one person there. I strolled the neighborhood for 3 hours, in the cold to be told that my car couldn't be cleaned because there weren't enough staff. I then asked if i could have a wash for all the trouble and was told that it would be another hour and a half wait for two other cars that were there , even though my car was there 3 hours earlier.
