I’m an old school car guy, this is an old school car service thing. This is the type of shop that gets it done, you don’t have to haggle with them, and find what is exactly wrong with your ride. Will go to again (and again)!
Gene is out of town, this should have been our first sign this wasn’t going to end well. Left our car there on Friday morning, informed we needed it back tomorrow, as leaving on Sunday. Was told no problem. One of the workers called on Friday afternoon (same day) to say car is ready, to pick up by 2 tomorrow (Saturday). Got to NorthShore at 120p. The shop is CLOSED!!! No answer on the phone, no one there when knocking the door. Nothing. BEYOND pissed. We have been taking our cars there for YEARS, not anymore.
Matthew is knowledgeable, personable, and truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend him and the team at 360 Realty.
