This office files claims fraudulently. I went for a routine annual gynecological exam - which is a covered procedure. Instead of filing the claim as routine, the office admitted (after a couple of phone calls) that there 'qualifiers' added. I explained that I run a dental office and know that it is tempting to pad claims for additional funds, but that I did not appreciate being the victim of such a practice. First visit, I was very happy with my appointment. No complaints.
I had a great experience here as a new patient with Dr. Perelman. She clearly knows her stuff, was patient and thorough, and made me (typically an anxious patient) feel very comfortable and at ease. She wrote my chart in front of me and made sure there were no errors and followed up on everything that could be followed up on while I was at the appointment.
