Cute apartments
I moved in these apartments about 2 months ago and I’m very pleased with my stay so far. After reading the reviews I was skeptical but the office manager Mrs Dunbar was very nice, friendly and helpful. She ensured me that she was going to get me an apartment and she did just that. I have not had any problems and when I go to the office she is always there. I will definitely recommend these apartments. Customer service from Mrs.Dunbar was a 10/10.
Let me start off by saying the reason I’m giving this complex 4 stars is because of the pot holes. The customer service from the management was top tier. Mrs Dunbar was super helpful. I move in at the end of the week and I can’t wait I’m excited
I have never had an experienced as great as the one I have with my move-in at North Shore…Ms. Dunbar was essential in my experience and I am forever grateful for her assistance! She took the time to ensure I was comfortable and answered my questions with ease…she even went above and beyond to make sure my children felt at home, thank you!
I applied to this apartment complex for a 2 bedroom and Ms. Dunbar was very helpful and she assisted me with everything I needed to do to get into these apartments. I love the Slidell area and the location is perfect for my family. Overall customer service was 10/10 you will not be disappointed:)
