I used North Shore last year for a new pup and everything was good. This month I took my two dogs for all of their shots and to have one checked for possible ear issue. Dog was given ear treatment and I was told to return in couple of weeks to see if treatment had worked. This return visit was listed on my bill as zero dollars, which indicates it was included on original treatment cost since it was a listed item on bill. Today I returned for the recheck. RecommendedThese ladies were awesome.I am a truck driver and I boarded my dog for a couple of hours so I could get some groceries. They allowed me to board her and didn't charge me and she even has a scarf on when i pick her up. They were so nice.
Wonderful Doctor and caring staff. I highly recommend their care and compassion.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Rude, uncourteous, and the most uncaring people, I’ve ever dealt with! Their prices are high, especially for the poor service you receive there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Find a place that actually cares about your pet!
I would 100% recommend North Shore they are so caring for your animals. They are very polite, professional and efficient. Reasonably priced for first class animal care. I couldn't thank them enough for all the amazing, hardworking and devotion looking after my animals. couldn't recommend them enough! Dr. Vicki Scott DVM is the absolute best Veterinarian. She is thorough with a hands on approach with both well visits and sick visits alike. Dr. Scott explains any and all treatments in clear and precise terms. She also makes suggestion for at home remedies that can make your pet more comfortable while being treated with traditional medication. For example, at our last visit she suggested the use of aloe for soothing an irritation. Selfishly I wish Dr. Scott was my physician. I must add kudos to the staff at North Shore. The... read more
