Fabulous! We have been using NSAH for almost 20 years now and through a multitude of pets: 4 dogs, 4 cats, 4 guinea pigs. Um, I got my last dog from them too. Came in with one of the cats and left with a stray dog. Fabulous doctors that listen and remember you and your pet! Immaculate facilities. Friendly, helpful staff always ready to go the extra length.

I do not recommend this Vet I noticed a lot of changes in my dog so I took her to this vet and she was seen by Dr. Tom. I expressed all of my concerns to him and he explained that nothing was wrong with her. But Doc, "shes losing a lot of weight and I'm nervous." He explained, "Oh that comes with age", but Doc, she throws up everyday". he explained "Oh thats anxiety, it's normal". But Doc, I have to force her to go for a walk", "shes old that's normal" he explained. I remember him telling me that her hourglass shape was the ... read more

Surroundings Versus Service If you are looking for a caring facility for your pets' needs, this is it. And basically, isn't that what matters? They are not only professional and knowledgeable here, but truly humanitarian and real - down to earth. As for the "surroundings" being life-threatening, I have lived in Lynn for 40 hears and prior to that, Boston. It is not dangerous...And we have raised 2 children, 7 cats, 3 turtles, a snake, a rat, a gecko and various other creatures during that time. If this facility cannot provid... read more

Fantastic!! I cannot say enough about North Shore Animal Hospital!!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and they truly go the extra mile to make your pet (and you) feel comfortable. I recently took my dog there for a second opinion on a tumor she had. Not only was the fee dramatically less than I had been quoted elsewhere, the process of removal was far less invasive than had been suggested elsewhere. This is now our primary Vet - I am quite happy to drive further for the quality of care they give. I have felt quite comfo... read more

DISGUSTING It is a shame what has happened to one of the best vet hospitals in the North Shore. If I knew who owned the place I would invite them to tour their facility.I have been bringing my pets here for over 15yrs and today was probably the last. After having to walk from Pleasant st because the lot was full, employee,LHA and St Marys,I was told,I waited 30 min to get sent to an exam room that had to be the most disgusting and filthy smelling rooms floor to ceiling. When I realized the wall I was leaning on was covered in ca... read more

excellent care I have had NSAH take care of my pets since it first opened on the Lynnway, the Dr.s are wonderful, caring and I would not bring my dogs to anyplace else unless told to do so by NSAH. They have been great thru the years to 2 cats, 3 dogs and are taking great care of my 13 year old dog with arthritis, they listen to you and include you in the care as I want her senior years as pleasant and pain free as possible

Excellent Care North Shore Animal Hospital is a first class facility. I have lived in Lynn for 25 years. The area where the hospital is located is perfectly safe. I recommend this facility highly.

North Shore Animal Hospital I bring my dog here because the veternarians are wonderful. They provide high quality health and wellness services for all kinds of pets for a great deal. They do not try to sell you anything that your pet does not need. The facility is very nice and always clean. The only downside is the neighborhood in which it is located - a rather high crime area. PROS: Friendly vets who really care about animals CONS: I can't think of any, aside from the location

ON THE Q-T AND VERY HUSH-HUSH! i took my cat to this vet clinic many years ago. only once. as i did not feel that this vet, dr. ?? male of the species. had the right to take the liberty of picking her teeth with a dental instrument made for people. she kept yanking her head away from his grip, and i told him to stop immediately as this is obviously painful for her. he replied," she's just being a twit", or something like that.so.. a few months later her two front teeth fell out she was only 5 years old..this was not caused f... read more
