I had an horrible experience here. I got a physical and needed a form sign and they said it would be done and after 4 days it still was not and then they refused to sign it after I already got a doctors note from them. I will NEVER be going back here.
It's always crowded here on weekends. I do not know how endeavor allows so many people to schedule appointments at same time, because it is always standing room only whenever I get any lab work done.
