Today, my mom had an appointment and was seen by Dimitris, PA. We couldn’t be happier to have a patient, kind listener making my mother feel seen, heard and in great hands. We are so happy with the entire staff- with her blood work done so fast and easy I want to Thank everyone at the North Shore Allergy office in NEw Hyde Park.
They excellent at what they do. Always professional and kind. They really care about their patients.
Unprofessional staffing , looks like they do not want to do their job! Called to make an appointment and the receptionist sounds annoyed to take my call as if I’m bothering her . All I asked was will they call me prior the appointment to let me know if I owe anything and they said we won’t until we bill your insurance! I gave her my member #. They have access to all insurance info To what is covered! I literally had to ask for codes so I can do the math of what my insurance will cover !! She could have done this prior to my ... read more
Great practice. Doctors and staff are very professional. Reasonable wait time. Facility is clean and there is free parking
