My has been going here for months. He’s bipolar and with that comes times of suicidal thoughts. He’s been on several medications. His therapist told us to take him early for his appointment. That they’d get him in to change my son’s meds. We went and they refused to see him. In front of my son, they said that it was against policy to see anyone who is or has been suicidal. The staff is incompetent and cannot even keep the appointment made weeks in advance. We drove a half hour there for nothing! They also do not inform you when you clinican leaves the practice and the staff are very rude. Go elsewhere... these people are awful!
I am being treated here at Dr Faber office. I wouldn't recommend going to this office. I don't have insurance paying for my treatment. The staff is now refusing to take 10 second to fill out a patient assistance program paper which has now cost me over $10,000 that I can't get back. This has hurt my family in the worst way. They do everything they can to cause you to relapse and continue taking your money. Dr. Faber is great and very caring. Staff is easy to work with too.
