If I could rate this place a 10, I would! We are not patients but had to bring our lab, Annabelle, in last minute because she got a Nylabone stuck in her mouth. They took WONDERFUL care of our Bells and were so helpful and sweet. They ended up having to sedate her to saw the bone out but Dr. Jordan and her staff were nothing short of amazing! We were super nervous about going to any vet other than our own and had to find somewhere close and last minute that would take her and help us out. They did not hesitate to do that and... read more
I love this vet! The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to ensure your pets receive the best care and treatment. I use them for veterinary services as well as boarding, and I would highly recommend them!
My family has been bringing our pets to NSAH for years, so when I moved out and got my own pets, it was a natural choice! I now have 4 cats and 2 dogs and the occasional temporary rescue animal, and the docs and staff at North Shelby are the only vets I trust with my fur babies! We've had issues ranging from UTIs, eye infections, seizures, a torn ACL, and even pregnancy and NSAH has been the most wonderful and supportive vet I could ask for! I'm so thankful to have such a trusted vet to bring my furry babies to!!!
They treat your pets like family. They are very caring and professional. They go above and beyond what their job calls for in my opinion.
Drs. Chandler, Jordan and Hicks are kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. They have provided care for our pets for 15 years and do an exceptional job.
I love how caring they are! Wonderful vets and wonderful staff!
