They have provided care (sadly end of life) for both of my guinea pigs. The entire staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and understanding of small animal needs. I can't recommend them enough. I drive from downtown Seattle because they are worth it.
my dog was taken to the back for his entire exam; i’ve never had that experience before. i did not find the doc or staff to be particularly compassionate.
All members of the staff are helpful and friendly, yet very professional. They have taken care of my two dogs for years. One of the two canines is extremely anxious and difficult to work with, yet Dr. Nathanson did some research and came up with a plan to get him examined and vaccinated. I am very grateful to the entire staff.
Buffy has received excellent care for many years. I would recommend them to any pet parent.
I have taken our cats and dogs to NSVC since 1980. We have alwsys had wonderful care by the entire staff. They remember each pet and greet them by name. We will always be grateful for their compassion when a pet's life ends also.
