I would agree with rude office staff. I am trying to transfer my son to this office and they supposedly faxed a request for his medical record a month ago. When I called to make an appt, they didn't have the records, didnt contact me and when I tried to make an appt... she hung up on me mid sentence. Anyway... I will take it as a sign... DO NOT WANT TO PUT UP WITH SHORT AND RUDE OFFICE STAFF!!!!!!
very friendly and knowledgable doctors – Dr. Fillipo is my daughters pediatrician. I met him at NW hospital as the on call pediatrician, and stayed with him once we left. I have also met another pediatrician while there and they are both wonderful! So much so, that recently we moved 40 minutes out of Seattle and I refuse to find another pediatrician at the moment. Great docs, but horrible office staff. – I would definitely stay away from this clinic. We put up with the unfriendly staff for 3 years because we really love the doctor, but we are finally convinced that she is not worth the hassle of dealing with nasty schedulers and rude nurses. You will definitely get a sense of this when you walk into the front office. I can't the doctors choose to put up with this staff! Highly Recomend – Very sharp, professional and warm. We searched for months for someone half as good. We feel very lucky to have found her.

She is highly qualified, very personable and is willing to spend time with her patients and their parents answering questions and putting the children at ease. I highly recommend her.
