Liz the hygienist does a great job, very careful, thorough, and helpful to me.
Scheduled appt to fix (I thought) and it was just to review what needed to be done. I didn't think there were too many options. Wish it could have been fixed in 1 appt (what ever time required). Also was referred to another dentist for work and my insurance info was not forwarded. Thought that could have been done.
Love the treatment I get there. Brandy is fun and remembers stuff about my family, which is impressive. The doctor isn't pushy and only recommends what's necessary. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes!
Everything is explained in detail, and I was given options for how to proceed. Couldn't be better.
I have recently switched to North Scottsdale Dental and could not be happier. The staff is great and I feel in excellent hands with Dr. Kroll. I would recomend this office to all. They are very caring and listened to my needs and gave good sounds advise and recomendations to solve my dental needs
no pain, no waiting, will go back again
