The staff was so caring and compassionate about the pain I was in. Dr Kroll was fast, efficient, and honest and a lot of my fears about going to the dentist were assuaged. I really appreciated the entire experience.
All I want and care to say is that people make any business work and the fantastic team at North Scottsdale Dental make their business SPECIAL. I actually am looking forward to my next visit.
My appointment was for a cleaning, X-rays and dental examination. When I arrived they were already prepared for my appointment and took me in early. My appointment was pain free and very through from the hygienist to the dentist. The receptionist anticipated my future needs and helped me schedule my next appointment for enough time to accommodate both needs in one visit. I am extremely happy with my care and will continue to use them for my dental needs.
Liz makes having your teeth cleaned so easy She is caring takes her time and has all the patience in the world. Dr Kroll and team are a great dental office and am glad I switched over.
Penny in the front office is great! Liz in hygiene is great! Dr. Roll is great! From front office to the chair you are treated like a friend and the level of treatment for my teeth has never been higher. I enjoy the toothbrushes and water picks offered to keep my teeth in the best shape possible. They are suggested and they have them in stock to purchase. Highly recommend to anyone I talk to.
I have been a patient of Dr. Kroll about five years. Everyone I encountered is extremely professional and gives their full attention when I arrive. Liz takes her time to explain what I should be doing to benefit my dental health. She makes me feel as if she wants to reassure me I am doing a good job! Penny is so engaging and I love to chat with her. Dr. Kroll is a true professional and engaging. Very happy I found them!

I found Dr. Kroll and his staff very professional and friendly. My hygienist, Katrina was very thorough and knowledgeable. She explained every aspect of my procedure and offered some good advice. My overall experience at North Scottsdale Dental was great.
