Unfortunately, I have to one star because of the front office and office manager. I love the Doctors but they need to do better job and putting right people for the office.
If you don’t want your kids vaccinated save your time… they are a pro vaccine facility and you and your child wouldn’t be a good fit for this clinic. They tell you that on the phone

We have had nothing but a great experience at the Ironwood location for over 3 years and my kids have gotten sick or hurt OFTEN. They have been super kind, responded quickly and accurately, have always gotten in immediately when there has been urgency, and never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. We have seen almost every doctor and they’ve been great. Billing is timely and makes sense. Prescriptions are sent right away. Dr. Mattia is so so kind, helpful, and patient.
