This supposed "Medical office" is only out for the money.. they have a policy that if you owe money and can't pay it (or at least pay it immediately) they will refuse care, refuse to approve refills of prescriptions, and refuse to send a referral to another doctor for needed medical treatment all because of a small unpaid balance due from a minor procedure that my insurance didn't pay a portion of.
