I recently saw this review on line and felt compelled to share my own thoughts because yours differ from mine. I love North Royalton Animal Hospital and these are the reasons why. We have been taking our animals to North Royalton Animal Hospital for several years. When Dr. Hechko took over it was truly a blessing. I needed a second opinion for my very sick cat. I chose North Royalton Animal Hospital because of its AAHA award. It was a mistake I now have to live with. My cat was suffering from a persistent sinus infection and complete loss of appetite. He is gone now, having been finally diagnosed with advanced cancer by another veterinarian. The treating vet at N. Royalton misdiagnosed him and suggested a very expensive x-ray of the wrong part of his body based on that misdiagnosis. Thank you so much for your caring, understanding and comforting regarding the loss of our family pet, "Sammy." We won't soon forget the floral bouquet and especially the accompanying footprint which will always be treasured along with Sammy's collar which is now placed next to our previous dog, "Oscar." Thank you so much for taking car of Bubba. You are without a doubt the best Vet I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I knew almost immediately that Bubba was in good hands & that put me at ease. I can't thank you enough for taking the time to explain everything to me (twice :) ) Since I was such a nutcase the first time.

Dr. Hechko and Dr. Fortney are the most caring vets I have ever had. Staff is caring and so helpful. If I had to take a bus here I would and I live in Old Brooklyn.
