I booked a telehealth appointment on behalf of my father for 3pm today. By 3:40pm I hadn't heard anything. I called 5 times until 5pm and couldn't get through to ANYONE. And THEN I receive a text to approve bulk billing for the appointment.... which never happened! This is very poor form.
Have been seeing Dr Lee for over 20 years now. He often runs late but that’s because he’s very thorough. He’s worth the wait. I trust him completely through years of experience looking after my health. My kids see him now too.
