Super quick and friendly service. Was also cheaper than everywhere else! Will Come back.
Saved our cross country vacation! After being turned away from a few repair facilities(end of long weekend) Pam and her team accepted our van breakdown and got us out on the road in record time. An Alternator AND radiator replacement were ably handled by Chris and his attention to detail in working around our secondary charging system was admirable. Grateful is the word. Off to Newfoundland with a fully functional van! Well done, North Rock.
Bought 3 sets of tires from here and had a flat tire.I brought it in to get repaired and said they were too busy. Brought it back the next day and was told they may not get around to it that day. After I called to complain they reluctantly fixed it Isn't it coincidental the next day I had a nail in the same tire. Worst customer service in town. You would think repeat customers would get a little service.

Service was absolutely excellent as well as the cost of my Michelin tires I purchased. Pam was very helpful in my choice of tires and totally flexible in appointment times. Staff were quick and efficient with the installation. I highly recommend this business.
