Was sold to new property owners called The Cabot Group. Probably one of the worst local property management groups along side with Clearview Farms Apartments in the town of Scottsville. Rent increased but management and maintenance decreased a whole lot. Barley do they ever fix anything in the units and if work is done it ends up being an unprofessional and shoddy repair that needs to be completed again. This place is a filthy dump, inside and out. Car break-ins occur on a weekly basis. Kelly Burdick's review below is hilarious, because she is the property manager, and not a tenant.

Was trying to move here but nobody answers the phone, or they say they'll get your message over and have someone be in touch with you but it never happens.

I had to give it a star to be able to post but they deserve none. FIRST the just got sold so trying to track someone down to talk to was a NIGHTMARE! Then as soon as I did get to talk to a real person they were rude. She sent me the application and then NEVER answered any of my questions. I sent over ten emails and when I tried to call them the call went to an automated voicemail asking for a security code. It gets better! I then sent a follow up email asking if she got my questions.
